Kim McGrath is an international educator with over fifteen years of experience from a broad range of institutions. Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, she has lived and worked around the world. After finishing her BA in journalism at Truman State University, Kim worked at the Chicago Sun-Times until she began teaching in Peru where her background and language studies provided a springboard into international higher education. In her current role as WINS Director, Kim oversees various partner and exchange programs and plays a key role in developing new Study Abroad initiatives and collaborations. Kim serves on a number of committees and professional organizations, presenting regularly on topics in leadership and international higher education. Her areas of expertise include international relations, communications, elementary and higher education, program development, non-profit and community outreach.
